- Whether tuning up an air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, boiler, or other type of equipment, the type of tune-up is carefully designed and continuously refined by a test engineer and our maintenance department staff.
- Each technician is formally trained in the technical aspects of system and equipment operation so that they perform tune-ups the way we intend they be performed.
- Our test framework allows us to focus in on the many technical aspects of your system's operation confidently and competently, making sure your system gets the attention it needs.

- Except for our Economy tune-ups, are backed by our RELIABILITY GUARANTEE: If equipment tuned up under a tune-up which includes this Reliabiity Guarantee fails to operate within one year after completion of the tune-up, the return trip charge / primary diagnostic fee will be waived.*
*Exclusion: If corrective action which would have prevented a subsequent breakdown was identified at the time of time of the tune-up, but the tune-up purchaser chose not to implement that corrective action, then this guarantee shall be void with regard to that breakdown.
